By registering for this competition, you agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that competing in a bodybuilding/physique competition involves physical activity and inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, or in rare cases, death. I also understand this event awards swords, short swords, and provides pump up equipment that can be dangerous if used inappropriately. I am choosing to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my own health and safety.

I agree that I (and my family, heirs, or anyone acting on my behalf) will not hold Aaron Orton, Genuine Fitness LLC, American Natural Bodybuilding Federation, Washington State Natural PRO/AM, its organizers, staff, volunteers, venue, or affiliated organizations responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or claim that may arise from my participation—whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Refund Policy

I understand that all registration fees are non-refundable. Once my payment is processed, I will not receive a refund for any reason, including but not limited to: withdrawal from the competition, disqualification, injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

Confidentiality

I understand that some information I see or hear backstage, during judging, or through the registration process (such as other competitors' personal details, scores before official release, or event operations) should be kept private. I agree not to share this information publicly or with others who aren't directly involved.

Media Release

I give permission for photos and videos taken of me at the event to be used for any purpose whatsoever.

Acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box during registration, I confirm that I have read this agreement, understand what I am agreeing to, and am accepting these terms freely. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or my parent or guardian will be present at registration for final approval.

For Competitors Under 18

If the competitor is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf. By doing so, the parent/guardian:

• Consents to their child's participation in this event
• Accepts full responsibility for any risks involved
• Agrees not to hold Aaron Orton, Genuine Fitness LLC, ANBF, Washington State Natural PRO/AM, or any affiliated parties liable for any injury, loss, or damage—even if caused by negligence
• Confirms they will be present at registration for final approval
